New HR consultant at AfterAthena

Hannah Dines has been appointed HR consultant by Preston headquartered employment law, HR and health and safety firm AfterAthena.

Hannah brings seven years of experience in HR across sectors including with professional services providers such as international business advisors Azets and law firm Hill Dickinson.

Announcing the appointment, AfterAthena said Hannah’s skill set includes managing employee relations, restructuring and redundancies, grievances, disciplinary and conduct issues, capability and absence management, dismissals and settlement agreements. 

She advises employers on complex workplace issues and supports them in managing risk while achieving practical outcomes.

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 3 and Level 5 qualified, Hannah also has extensive experience of developing HR policies, toolkits and guidance, including work relating to menopause awareness and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Hannah’s appointment follows those of Victoria Jackson as legal director, Sonia Hanson as business development manager and Denise Findlay to help deliver the firm’s drive to secure more clients.
