Office provider Business First has started the new year with three new members of staff and a new pricing structure.

Bradley Frayling joins the Burnley centre as centre manager, while Curtis Parkinson has taken over as Blackburn business centre manager.

Natasha Hudson has been appointed as a receptionist at Business First’s head office, Group First House, which also serves as one of the company’s business centres, with offices available to let.

Bradley has moved over to the Business First team after spending the past three years working for sister company Store First, which operates self-storage companies across the UK. Most recently, Bradley was assistant manager at Store First’s Blackburn storage centre.

Curtis, meanwhile, has a background of working in the fitness industry for the past 10 years.

Bradley and Curtis join centre manager colleagues operating centres in the company’s other locations - Padiham, Preston, Blackpool, Paisley and Liverpool.

All business centre managers are responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the serviced offices.

Business First director Sarah Fretwell said: “We are excited to welcome Bradley, Curtis and Natasha to our growing team.

“We have modern, spacious offices to let in our Burnley and Blackburn business centres right now, so if you’re ready to move out of your spare room and into a professional workspace, or you need to expand or relocate to premises which offer a host of extra facilities to your business, give us a call to arrange a viewing.

“This year, we’ve launched a new pricing structure which means every new business that signs up for office space of any size, at any location enjoys 50% off the first six months - this is our way of supporting our tenants to set themselves up for maximum success.”

Business First tenants enjoy free parking, as well as free use of on-site meeting rooms, break out areas, kitchens, bathrooms and gyms at selected centres.

To book a viewing at the Blackburn centre, situated just off junction 5 of the M65 on Davyfield Road, contact Curtis on [email protected] or call 01254 686363 / 07794 464 210.

To book a viewing at the Burnley centre, which is located right opposite Sycamore Farm Pub & Restaurant, contact Bradley on [email protected] or call 01282 686 699 / 07508 117 672.
