Award winning residential developer Anwyl Homes has appointed Gyllian Den Heyer to manage sales at its recently launched Edenhurst Grange development in Bowring Park.

In her new role as Homes Advisor, Gyllian takes responsibility for welcoming interested homebuyers to the stunning new build development, advising and assisting with their choices and options on different plots and helping with all aspects of their purchase journey to ensure the move to the new home of their dreams runs as smoothly as possible.

Originally from the Wirral, Gyllian has many years’ experience in the house building industry, starting out as a receptionist for a local estate agent before moving into the new build property market as a sales advisor.  Having worked locally for a large part of her career, Liverpool and the wider Merseyside region are areas that she knows very well and she is delighted to take up a new position close to home.

Commenting on her appointment, Gyllian said: “Anwyl is a fast growing family business with heritage that spans four generations but is still relatively new to Liverpool.  I felt that joining would be a positive move for my career and that I could offer my local knowledge and expertise.

“Edenhurst Grange is a beautiful new development and I’m thrilled to join the team to manage sales here.  Already proving popular with local buyers, we have sold out of the first homes released for sale and are taking reservations on the next.  It’s wonderful to be meeting so many local families and helping with their move to a new home. We hope to have our first residents move in by November.”

Head of sales at Anwyl Homes Lancashire, Matthew Gould, added: “I’m pleased to welcome Gyllian to the team, she is the perfect person to look after sales at Edenhurst for us and I can see that she is already making a great impression with our buyers.”

Located just off Edenhurst Avenue in Bowring Park, Edenhurst Grange is a superb new development of 124 high quality three and four bedroom homes that is just minutes from the M62 making it well located for Liverpool city centre and also commuting further afield across the North West.  For further information on the range of properties available and prices, please contact Gyllian in the sales office on 0151 5417 807.

Established for more than 85 years, Anwyl Group has three divisions; Anwyl Homes, Anwyl Construction and Anwyl Land.  Based in North Wales, and operating across Wales and the North West of England, the family-run business is renowned for its thoughtful approach, bringing care and integrity to all aspects of every project in order to exceed expectations and ensure complete satisfaction for customers.

From beautiful new residential developments to award winning major mixed-use commercial schemes, Anwyl is growing quickly and has ambitious plans for the future.
