New customer services manager for Simon Jersey
Uniform design company Simon Jersey has appointed a new customer services manager to look after both catalogue and key account customers.Simon Woods has joined with the brief of maintaining high quality communication and establishing the company as the industry leader for customer service.
He has already implemented new processes to ensure customer queries are answered first time and will be responsible for implementing further policies that simplify the service received by Simon Jersey’s 50,000 customers in the UK and beyond.Simon, from Oswaldtwistle, brings a wealth of experience having worked in customer services for eight years with brands including The Carphone Warehouse and Virgin Media. Most recently he oversaw the successful implementation of a new customer services model for Active Win Media in Manchester.
