Twin brothers Adam and Daniel Westwell have teamed up with father and son duo Andrew and Adam Turner to launch a new commercial property business Turner Westwell.

Adam Turner a well-respected businessman in the North West is also managing director of motor business Chorley Group and commercial director for CG Professional, a commercial law firm that has gained a reputation for doing things differently amongst the legal sector, working with clients how and when they need it, a model Adam also sees working with Turner Westwell.

Adam says: “CG disrupted the sector somewhat when it was established, moving away from the old way things had always been done and moving to a client centric approach where we’ve become trusted advisors to our clients. That’s what I believe we can achieve with Turner Westwell.”

The Westwell brothers have worked together previously at Lamb & Swift commercial and are set to bring their knowledge and expertise to this new venture, with more than 30 years of combined experience in the industry.

Turner Westwell, which has the highest level of accreditation in property via the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), aims to provide a comprehensive range of commercial property services to businesses across Lancashire.

Its focus is on delivering high-quality, bespoke solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. The company offers a range of services, including commercial property sales, lettings, and management, as well as land and property development.

Adam Westwell said: “We are thrilled to be launching Turner Westwell and believe that our experience and expertise will be invaluable to businesses in the region. Our aim is to provide the best possible client experience to achieve continued success for them.”

CEO Adam Turner added: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Adam and Daniel. Their drive and vision impressed us from the start and I’m confident that Turner Westwell will quickly establish itself as a leading commercial property business in the region.

"We are all passionate about client service and are committed to delivering outstanding results for our clients but doing so in an enjoyable manner.”

Turner Westwell's experienced team is made up of dedicated professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the commercial property industry. They have already secured some exciting new projects in the region and are looking forward to building strong relationships with businesses across the North-West.
