Napthens corporate team grows

Specialist lawyer Phil Brown has joined the ranks of the corporate team at Napthens solicitors.

Phil will advise businesses on a range of commercial contracts including software licensing agreements, outsourcing projects, international distribution arrangements and e-commerce, and brings more than a decade of high level specialist expertise to Napthens’ growing corporate team.

He has particular experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors and has spent time working in private practice for law firms in Leeds, as well as in-house for Inspired Gaming Group, a multi-national gaming technology company in London.
