Napthens continues employment team expansion

The Employment & HR team at Napthens solicitors has expanded with the appointment of specialist lawyer Anthony Fox.

Anthony, of Appley Bridge near Wigan, has particular expertise and experience in employment tribunal litigation, and in discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

In his role he will advise employers on a wide range of employment law and HR issues including disciplinary and grievance, employment contracts, policies and procedures and redundancies.

Anthony joins Napthens from a law firm in Leeds where he trained and qualified as a solicitor.

The news comes shortly after Napthens announced the launch of a dedicated HR service, HR3 OnSite, which included the appointment of HR professionals Nicola Mason and Katie Waddington.

Chris Boyle, head of Employment & HR at Napthens, said: “Demand for HR3, our employment law retainer service continues to grow. “Anthony’s appointment comes at an exciting time for us as we are expanding our range of services for employers, not just providing practical and commercial legal advice but practical operational support to businesses such as our recently launched HR3 OnSite service - a real milestone for the business.”
