South Ribble MP Seema Kennedy took time out of a busy constituency day to meet with local entrepreneur Tim Dryburgh, owner of valeting company Leyland Car Care Company.

Having read in the local newspaper all about the company’s exciting exploits supporting some of the UK’s leading motoring events, Ms Kennedy was keen to meet with the team and find out more about the local success story.

Leyland Car Care provides quality valeting services from their base on Centurion Industrial Estate in Leyland but is becoming increasingly well-known for its valeting support to autosport and motoring events throughout the UK, including Autosport International and Silverstone Classic. Through this work, the team at Leyland Car Care Company have valeted some of the world’s most treasured cars. The team also helps the volunteers at Leyland’s British Commercial Vehicle Museum in keeping the museum exhibits looking pristine.

After the meeting, which took place at the British Commercial Vehicle Museum, Tim commented: “We were delighted to hear from Seema and pleased to be able to meet and talk her through the exciting plans for the business, including events planned for 2020, and our new line of car cleaning products developed with the British Commercial Vehicle Museum.

"At the heart of our business is the valeting centre in Leyland - that’s where it all started and where we share our passion for all types of cars every day. We have a range of services to suit all budgets, from an express mini valet at £15 right through to the top-of-the-range Massimo Luxury Valet which includes more than 20 individual elements to clean and protect every part of your vehicle inside and out.”

Ms Kennedy commented: “I was very pleased to have been welcomed by local entrepreneur Tim Dryburgh and his team at Leyland Car Care Company to hear about all the exciting news that the local business is doing in the autosport and motoring sector and will be looking forward to doing in 2020, including their new line of car cleaning products developed in partnership with the British Commercial Vehicle Museum.”

Leyland Car Care Company is open Mondays to Fridays 09.00 – 17.00 and Saturdays 09.00 – 16.00. As well as their specialist valeting services, they can also help with dent and scratch removal, wheel repairs, window tinting, colour matching, and stone chip repairs.
