Local homebuilder, Miller Homes is hosting a special ‘Super Part Exchange’  event this June, at its Burnley based development, The Calders. The free to attend event aims to help house hunters to get moving by providing them with advice and opportunities to buy new or sell their existing home and move up the property ladder, or downsize

The event offers free consultations with solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents, along with Miller’s dedicated development sales managers. Prospective homebuyers are invited to attend and learn more about how part exchange or assisted move can facilitate their move as well as other incentive offers such as a contribution of up to 5% of the purchase price towards your new build home.

The Super Part Exchange event will be held at The Calders on Red Lees Road, Burnley, BB10 4RD, on Saturday, June 8, from 11 – 3pm  There is no need to register, and drop-ins are welcome on the day.  Attendees will have the opportunity to receive tailored advice on the part exchange and assisted move process, mortgage options, and the financial benefits of moving with Miller Homes.

Clare Noakes, sales director for the North West, comments: “We're delighted to invite home hunters to our upcoming Super Part Exchange event at The Calders. This is a fantastic opportunity to receive expert advice, get a real feel for the area, and hopefully gain some valuable knowledge to help customers move forward and simplify with their home-buying journey.”

The Calders features an impressive collection of three and four-bedroom homes, each including a dedicated study or home office space, making them ideal for modern living. Whether you are a family, first-time buyer, or second stepper, these homes offer the perfect blend of style, functionality, and comfort to meet your needs.

For more information on the development or Miller’s part exchange rates, you can visit the website, or call the sales team on 03330602363.
