Lustalux gains contractor recognition

Lustalux were recently delighted to gain recognition from one of our principal contractor customers, Kirkham based Warden.

Lustalux was selected for a commendation based on a range of criteria including inquiry response times, staff attitude, lead times, site conduct and health and safety putting us in the top 10% of Warden sub-contractors.

"We are proud to receive recognition for what we believe to be a result of our attitude to customer service. Most enquiries are responded to on the same day with site surveys normally undertaken in less than a week followed by a quote the next day. In addition to that we have invested in the training of staff including first aid, working at heights, powered access and mobile access training."
