Loveday joins Fortidia team

Fortidia UK has boosted its regional franchise support team with the appointment of Samantha Loveday as Sales Partner for the Midlands and South of England.

With head offices in Accrington, Fortidia manages the Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options brands in the UK, with the three companies together maintaining and supporting over 260 franchisees, generating combined annual revenues of around £80m, providing ecommerce, fulfilment, shipping, virtual office, marketing and print solutions to SMEs and consumers.

Prior to joining Fortidia, Sammi was an international support manager for DPD Group UK where she helped drive revenue growth by providing international commercial expertise and developing detailed development roadmaps for aligned sales and CRM regions.

Her role at Fortidia will see her supporting franchise partners across the Midlands and South, providing hands on support and advice to franchisees across all three brands to help them grow their businesses.

She said: “I am very happy to have joined Fortidia, bringing experience from my previous role where I significantly helped improve sales capability by introducing and delivering regular, effective training and international updates to sales and CRM teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the international portfolio and service enhancements. 

“The role at Fortidia is similarly hands-on, working directly with franchise partners to help them take full advantage of the tools and strategies available and acting as a channel of communication back to the head office team so they can provide each franchisee with the best support possible.”
