Love to Brand: We're small but mighty

Love To Brand Team

Launched as a back-bedroom operation in 2009, a dedication to quality products and a friendly service has seen Love to Brand grow to become the promotional merchandise provider of choice for some of the UK’s most recognisable brands.

The Clitheroe business now counts national names such as WorldPay and Frankie & Benny’s among its clients alongside Lancashire favourites such as Burnley Football Club, Northcote, Forbes Solicitors and Bowker Motor Group.

The story begins 15 years ago when Danielle Robinson launched the business out of necessity, having been made redundant from the recruitment industry.

Putting her trust in the old saying that ‘people buy from people’, Danielle went back out into the business community and re-established herself in a new industry and with a new service.

Her approach, which underpins everything her business does, has resulted in excellent client retention, and many of those customers from the very beginning still work with Love to Brand to this day. Word of mouth and client referrals are the main source of new business wins.

The business has grown, with the appointments of Jude Glover and Rebecca Ainsworth creating a small but enthusiastic team which has assembled an impressive portfolio of clients.

Love to Brand works with companies that are constantly looking for ways to promote their services and raise their brand awareness.

Establishing who their target market is and how they want their company to be perceived, and creating branded merchandise that reflects and achieves their goals.

Working closely to develop a deeper understanding of what works for each individual company, the team ensures the promotional items they provide, deliver on their clients’ objectives.

Danielle says: “Our customers’ brands are at the heart of everything we do and we see ourselves as an extension of their marketing department.

“We are delighted to be celebrating 15 years in this exciting, dynamic industry.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, margins are tighter and prices are more closely scrutinised – but the demand for good quality service hasn’t changed.

“We’re small but mighty in terms of the clients we work with and the projects we deliver. We’re very proud and grateful to have reached such a pivotal milestone. We will never compromise on the quality of service, and feel that our customers’ product is also our product, meaning that our work is very personal to each of us.”

Danielle added: “To be within the top 10 per cent of promotional product suppliers in the UK, is a testament to our loyal customer base and dedicated team.

“Having the right people in the team is crucial; it’s the right team that makes a great company.”
