Linder Myers launches corporate recovery service

Law firm Linder Myers has launched a new corporate recovery service to advise both distressed businesses and individuals who find themselves in difficulty during challenging economic times.

As high profile administrations in the retail sector continue to hit the headlines, most recently HMV, Comet and Jessops, Linder Myers will be advising on a range of matters from administrations to Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), bankruptcies and directors’ duties.

Mark Dennis, partner and head of corporate recovery at Linder Myers said: “The economic climate continues to be precarious and despite the headlines focusing on the High Street giants falling into difficulties, this is not unique to the retail sector. We aim to help both businesses and individuals to reach the best outcome in their specific circumstances.”

Linder Myers regional managing partner in Lancashire, Diane Rostron, commented: “We have launched the new service in response to our local clients’ needs providing sympathetic advice and guidance during challenging times.”

Linder Myers’ corporate recovery specialists can provide advice on administrations, LPA/fixed charged receiverships, bankruptcies, liquidations, company and individual voluntary arrangements (CVAs) and directors’ duties.
