Lancashire Business View's Built Environment Conference, which takes place on 24 September, helped one Burnley business secure a five-figure deal last year.
Chris Forrest, managing director of TCB Signage in Arthur Street, said the event led to multiple new connections as well as securing the invaluable business and was well worth attending.
Such was the success of the event for TCB last year, the business has signed up to be a sponsor once more.
Chris said: "We thoroughly enjoyed the event and connected with lots of potential clients, from our already targeted list of people we wanted to speak with as well as connections from Lancashire County Council.
"As we were stood at our pitch handing out flyers, having brief conversations and trying to build some exposure, we spoke to a man who was procuring for one of his projects. We produced him a quote and entered the bid, and we were successful.
"This was for a large project where we secured and supplied a job with a five-figure value. That's now a huge portfolio piece for us as a company.
"The Built Environment Conference not only aligned with what we are trying to achieve but was a huge success for us as a business.
"Thanks again to Lancashire Business View for giving us this opportunity and helping us to get brand awareness, exposure and visibility among the great businesses of Lancashire, especially in the built environment sector."
TCB has signed up to support the event, which will take place at EG on the Move's headquarters in Waterside, Blackburn, from 8.30am.
The event will feature guest speakers including:
- John Heaton, The Heaton Group
- Tracy Clavell-Bate, Barnfield
