LANX expands Lancashire team following period of growth

LANX, the Lancashire-based footwear brand known for its proper footwear, announced the expansion of its team over the past few months.

This growth reflects the company's continued success and the increasing demand for high quality boots and shoes.

Throughout 2024 and moving into 2025 LANX has experienced significant growth in both online and in-store sales.

This success has enabled the company to invest in its workforce,
bringing in new talent to support various areas of the business.

Marco Vaghetti, founder of LANX, said: "We're incredibly proud of the growth we've achieved at LANX." 

"This expansion is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our
team, and the loyalty of our customers.

"We're thrilled to welcome these new members to the LANX team and are confident that their skills and experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow."

The new hires span several departments across the business with Tom Yates being named as financial director, Andrew Wadsworth as graphic designer and Christina Lamb (digital merchandiser).

James Dickinson is partnership lead, Tom Pope is videographer and photographer, Asam Shah is Shopify developer and Alex Jackson is Ecommerce assistant. 

LANX is proud to operate their own Lancashire based footwear factory that is also expanding with 2 Stitching Operatives joining very soon.

The growing business has also had 2 of their current team members step into new roles, Evan Soule has moved from partnerships manager to brand lead while Michael Bailey has become warehouse executive.

The company remains committed to its Lancashire roots and is proud to be contributing to the local economy, being actively involved in the local community and regularly shining spotlights on local businesses through their partnerships and Proper People social media series.
