Lantei announces charity of the year

Following a successful year of fundraising for St Catherine’s Hospice, Lantei Compliance Services are pleased to announce the Alzheimer’s Society as its 2017 chosen charity of the year.

As a national leading dementia support and research charity for people living with dementia, their families, and carers, the Alzheimer’s Society is close to many hearts.

Having raised over £10,000 for Lancashire based, St Catherine’s Hospice, Lantei aim to hit this amazing amount again by organising, hosting, and taking part in a range of exciting fundraising activities.

Anthony Smith, Lantei CEO expressed: “Myself and the Lantei team are very happy to announce that we will be supporting Alzheimer’s Society from September. We have chosen to support this great charity due to Alzheimer’s affecting so many people and their families every year, including many of our employees. They were the ultimate driving force behind choosing the Alzheimer’s Society as our charity of the year”.

Alzheimer's Society, Community Fundraiser Sue Swire welcomed Lantei’s decision to help raise money for the charity. She said: “It’sonderful that Lantei have selected us as their charity of the year and are dedicating their time to support Alzheimer’s Society. Dementia devastates lives, but dementia won’t win. Until the day we find a cure we will be here for anyone affected by dementia, wherever they are, whatever they’re going through.
