Leading translation and language service provider Language Insight has announced the promotion of associate director Stacey Harwood to client services director.

Stacey is based at Language Insight’s head office in Preston where she will continue to grow in her senior management role in the company. Stacey has worked at Language Insight since 2011, working closely with clients and developing business relationships as the company has grown, particularly in the field of market research translation and related language services.

Since joining the company as a project coordinator, Stacey’s strengths have been readily recognised and she has progressed through various positions before taking the role of associate director in 2016. Stacey’s new role as client services director will see her continue her progression as the company goes from strength to strength.

“We are thrilled to be announcing Stacey’s promotion to client services director. This is not the first promotion that Stacey has earned over the years with us at Language Insight, she has progressed due to her hard work and dedication," said managing director Donna Twose.

"We would like to thank Stacey for her commitment over the past 9 years and we are proud to have her as a senior member of our team."

Language Insight has already had a strong start to continuing their growth in 2020, they have recently announced the appointment of a new strategic director and opened up a new, larger London office. This growth comes as a result of an outstanding 2019 where Language Insight received The Queen’s Award for Enterprise due to their high-quality language services and commitment to international trade.

Stacey Harwood states: “Seeing how Language Insight has grown over the years is inspiring and I’m excited to continue my journey with the company as we enter this new era. I’m proud to work with such a skilled and friendly team who go the extra mile every day to support our clients and deliver the best service possible. Being able to move into this new role is a fantastic opportunity for me to continue expanding Language Insight’s client base worldwide.”

As Language Insight’s client services director, Stacey will be responsible for managing all client relationships across the business. Stacey will predominately work with the Business Development team to drive client-centred services forward. Stacey will also oversee the management across other aspects of the business to ensure Language Insight’s clients continue to receive the best possible service.

Stacey adds: “Language Insight has always kept the quality of our services at the heart of everything we do, creating true partnerships with our clients. We’re known for our expertise, honesty and friendly approach, and I want to make sure we maintain those traits as we grow.”

Language Insight is confident that Stacey will enjoy her new role in the company. They are looking forward to another year of strong international growth, continuing their success from 2019.
