A Lancashire manufacturer has increased turnover by more than 300 per cent since introducing software offered to local businesses to improve productivity and efficiency.

The newly launched ‘Help to Grow Lancashire’ campaign offers access to software that focuses on streamlining the way businesses operate, at half the usual price for six months.

Set up by Lancashire-based Zigaflow, the growth-enabling software offer is available for businesses across Lancashire, of all types and sizes, for a limited period of time.

Sam Marsh, managing director of Jigsaw Fitness, the Lancashire-based manufacturing business already using the software, says his business has experienced high growth in turnover.

He says: “Zigaflow has freed up key members of our team to do more, achieve more, and focus on different areas. Plus, the improved visibility and clarity the software provides enables us to track performance levels, right down to a project-by-project basis.

“Since starting to use Zigaflow in 2018 the turnover of our business has increased by around 360 percent. Yes, introduction of the software has been part of a combination of different growth strategies, however it’s played a very important part.

“Zigaflow has helped so much that I’d say it’s the pillar on which we’ve built our business.”

Across all areas of a business, from sales and business administration through to customer service, productivity can be improved to save time and money, and drive growth.

Software available through Help to Grow Lancashire is said to increase business productivity by up to 52 per cent. Examples of how processes improve with Zigaflow include quicker ways of producing quotes, automation of purchase orders and enhanced customer communication options.

Euan Aitken, chief operating officer of Zigaflow, says: “The Lancashire business community has been so supportive of our business since we set up our new base in the county, we wanted to give something back to help them too.

“It was important to us to make sure this opportunity is available to all businesses, large and small, so that any growth-hungry business has the chance to be the best they can be.

“We’re calling out to all businesses that have the ambition and drive to improve their productivity and realise their potential – Help to Grow is here in Lancashire.”
