Lancashire businesses earn Queen's Awards
Two Lancashire-based businesses have been recognised for their international achievements with prestigious Queen's Awards.

The company, which employs 1,169, said: "We'd like to thank all of our customers for their on-going support, custom and loyalty which has contributed to this outstanding achievement."
Evans Vanodine, which regularly ranks in Lancashire Business View's Hot 100, has a turnover in excess of £25m and exports to 72 countries, with another ten served through licensed manufacturing units overseas. The pair will now attend a Buckingham Palace reception and can use the Queen’s Award emblem in advertising, marketing and on packaging for five years.
