Lancashire Business Growth launches business basics programme for young people

ActionCOACH Bolton has become one of the first organsations in the UK to launch a free programme aimed at giving young people aged 12 - 22 years an education around the business basics they need to know to launch a business, to ignite the flame of entrepreneurship.

It is free for individual students and for schools, colleges and youth groups who wish to launch their own local groups. ActionCOACH Bolton will facilitate individual groups or give the school, college and youth group leaders the tools they need to run and facilitate their own groups.

The course is a self-paced online course featuring videos on every aspect of being a business owner with a discussion forum and a weekly facilitation session live or online. By the end of the course the students will have a Vision Board, Business Plan and a Business Pitch Video to show for their efforts.

Students who finish the course will have a graduation ceremony and will then be able to join the free YESS Club and get free access to further ActionCOACH content to help them with their business learning.
