Lancashire Business Day, organised by the multimedia business Lancashire Business View, celebrates #LancashireDay for the business community.

The event offers a unique platform to meet and learn from some of the most influential business personalities featured across Lancashire Business View’s magazine, events and online channels over the past year.

Taking place on Friday 22 November, the event will move destination this year to the Premier Suite at Blackburn Rovers Football Club due to demand for increased capacity.

The event promises to be an afternoon filled with inspiration, networking, and celebration with key speakers already confirmed.

A stellar lineup of speakers for the event are to be announced. The first to be confirmed are:

  • Amanda Parker, Browsholme Hall and HM Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire
  • Colin Mustoe, Senator Group
  • Dave Walker, +24
  • David Dunwell, Lancashire Mind

The charity partner for the event is Lancashire Mind and returning as headline sponsor is +24. The event is also supported by Lancashire Business Day Patrons Allica Bank, Beever and Struthers and Financial Affairs.

Dave Walker, founder of +24, said: "We are delighted to be headline sponsor of Lancashire Business Day again this year.

This year +24 return as headline partner for the second year running and the event is supported by Lancashire Business Day Patrons Allica Bank, Beever and Struthers and Financial Affairs.

“It celebrates the best of Lancashire, the wonderful Lancastrian businesses, individuals, communities and of course those not from the area but want to celebrate with us.

“The innovation, creativity, skills and abilities of our county never ceases to amaze me. We are proud to work nationwide, but prouder to be here with our friends, colleagues, clients and associates to celebrate everything great about Lancashire. Let's make this one the best yet!"

Stephen Bolton, managing director of Lancashire Business View added: “Lancashire Business Day is not just an event; it’s a movement.

“It’s an opportunity for the business community of the county to come together to celebrate, network, be inspired and learn from one another.

“It’s also a great chance to be part of the #LancashireDay campaign to shout far and wide about just how good we are as a business community.”

David Dunwell, CEO of Lancashire Mind added “At Lancashire Mind we are committed to supporting Lancashire businesses to increase their understanding and knowledge of mental health so they can continue to support individuals and improve performance.

“We are delighted to be the Lancashire Business Day charity partner for the second year running as the event brings businesses from across the county together to have conversations that really matter.

“Lancashire Mind is looking forward to sharing our experiences and helping Lancashire business to continue to build productive and supportive work environments for all."
