Kingswood Homes, a leading regional housebuilder, is proud to announce it has been shortlisted for two prestigious industry awards.

Kingswood Homes has been shortlisted for the Housebuilder Awards and the Lancashire Property Awards.

This recognition underscores the company’s commitment to excellence in homebuilding and its significant impact on the Lancashire property market.

The Housebuilder Awards, widely regarded as a benchmark for innovation and best practice in the UK housing industry, has shortlisted Kingswood Homes in the ‘Best Marketing Initiative’ category which highlights the unique Shape Your Home concept that puts customers in charge of the interior layout of their home.

They are the only housebuilder to offer flexible floor plans so customers don’t have to compromise on their dream home.

Simultaneously, Kingswood Homes has been shortlisted for the Lancashire Property Awards, a testament to its significant role in shaping the local property landscape.

This nomination in the ‘Residential Development of the Year’ category puts The Hawthorns in the spotlight, a boutique housing development in the heart of Elswick in Lancashire.

The Hawthorns was the pioneering development which led the way for customer flexibility, allowing them to choose their floor plans as well as a wide variety of personalisations.

Joel Winders, commercial director at Kingswood Homes, said: "We are thrilled to be shortlisted for both the Housebuilder Awards and the Lancashire Property Awards.

"These nominations are a reflection of our team's hard work and dedication to creating homes that truly put our customers first. Our innovative approach, particularly our Shape Your Home concept, has set us apart in the industry, and we're honoured to see this recognised at both a national and regional level."

The nominations come at a time of significant growth for Kingswood Homes, as the company continues to expand its operations across Lancashire and the North West.

They are currently gearing up to start on a new project in Whittle-le-Woods as well as expand further phases on current developments in Blackburn and Darwen.

The recognition from these prestigious awards further cements Kingswood Homes' position as a forward-thinking, customer-focused housebuilder.

The winners of both awards will be announced at their respective ceremonies later this year.

Kingswood Homes looks forward to these events as an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the entire housing industry and to continue its mission of creating homes designed with customers' needs at its core.
