Kingswood Homes is delighted to announce its upcoming Christmas Light Switch-On event at the Green Hills Farmstead Collection on Friday 22 November 2024, from 5-7PM.

This festive celebration marks the beginning of the holiday season and offers an opportunity for the community to experience the warmth and charm of the Green Hills development.

The event promises to be filled with festive cheer and community spirit. Attendees can look forward to the highlight of the night - the Christmas light switch-on ceremony, which will take place at 5.30pm.

To keep everyone warm and in good spirits, complimentary hot chocolate and festive treats will be served throughout the event.

For those interested in exploring the show homes, extended opening hours will be available, offering a perfect opportunity to experience the charm of these eco-friendly homes firsthand. Adding to the fun, a Christmas Jumper Competition will be held with prizes for both adults and children.

Andrew Murphy, Sales Consultant at the Farmstead Collection, said: "We're thrilled to invite the community to join us in kicking off the festive season. This event showcases not only our beautiful homes but also the strong sense of community we foster at Green Hills."

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore two stunning show homes, which will remain open late for the event.

The Kingswood Homes sales team will be on hand to discuss various home-buying options, including the Assisted Move scheme for those with a house to sell and their Recommend a Friend offer for those already living in a Kingswood home.

The newest homes in the Farmstead Collection showcase Kingswood Homes' commitment to sustainable living.

These properties feature an impressive array of energy-saving technologies, including solar PV roof panels, innovative shower heat recovery systems, and enhanced insulation.

These eco-friendly additions, valued at over £15,000, are designed to significantly reduce homeowners' energy bills while minimising their environmental impact, setting a new standard for energy-efficient housing in the region.
