JMG Group accelerates growth in the North West with latest acquisition

JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers Lancashire (a JMG group company) has made its first acquisition as it sets its sights on further growing its presence in Lancashire.

 The Blackburn-based business has acquired former appointed representative of the Gauntlet Group, Tim Hinchcliffe Commercial Brokers Ltd.

With 23 years of commercial insurance expertise gained working across Lancashire and Yorkshire, Tim Hinchcliffe has carved out a solid reputation in motor trade insurance services.

Matthew Stuttard, JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers Lancashire’s managing director, said: “I started this business five years ago and we are now trading just under £5m of premium from the Blackburn office.

"All growth so far has been organic and I’m extremely proud of what we have achieved.
