James Large is welcome addition Blackburn Audi

Swansway Group announced the appointment of James Large as a sales executive at our Blackburn Audi centre.

We caught up with James Large, who joined our Blackburn Audi centre as a sales executive a few weeks ago, to find out how he was enjoying his new role. James joins us with a wealth of customer service expertise, gained in a variety of industries, to add to his valuable seven years in the motor trade – four and a half of which have been working with the prestigious Audi brand. We began by asking him what he likes about all the amazing Audis he works with. Over to you James.

“I love everything about Audi. They are superb vehicles that consistently deliver and exceed expectations over and over again. It’s a product that everyone knows and the technology continues to advance – just look at the amazing e-tron.

"Five weeks into my new role and everything has been spot on. Everyone is easy to get on with, and they have all taken the time to help me familiarise myself with all the processes and procedures. It’s also obvious that we are not “just a number” here. People really seem to want to know me as an individual and everybody looks out for everybody else. I’m really enjoying it.”
