Investing in our technology at Burnley Bridge with new VNAs and forklifts

Here at Fagan & Whalley, we’re continuously committed to investing in our technologies, equipment, and our people. We are therefore thrilled to announce that last month we installed a brand new fleet of forklift trucks and VNAs at our Burnley Bridge warehouse!

With a capacity of 15,000 racked pallets and spanning 92,000 sq. ft, Burnley Bridge plays a crucial role in our warehousing and storage facilities – and it’s important for our technology to reflect this.

After successfully implementing a complete fleet of the latest Linde Material Handling forklifts into our Frontier Park warehouse back in February, our team have been hard at work coordinating the installation of this equipment to Burnley Bridge for several weeks now.

“We couldn’t be happier with the new equipment at the warehouse,” says Burnley Bridge warehouse site manager, Kieron Craggs, “Not only are the new VNAs powered with lithium-ion batteries, making them much more efficient, but they’re also much smaller, increasing their manoeuvrability. As a result, our operations will be much more flexible and dynamic.”

“Taking the time to utilise and implement the latest technologies and equipment is an essential part of our ethos here at Fagan & Whalley, as it helps improve the experience of our team members and allows us to deliver the excellent level of service our clients are accustomed to.”

If you’re interested in any of our AA-grade BRCGS-accredited and BSI-certified warehousing facilities, get in touch with our team here or give us a call on 01282 771983.
