As one of the UK’s most trusted lighting solutions companies, enhancing customer experience is never far from our minds at Greenlite Group.

With a client base that includes many of the UK’s leading retail brands such as IcelandSally SalonsTOFSB&M Bargains and Bensons for Beds, our Blackpool-based team is making a significant investment in additional business infrastructure as part of our ongoing commitment to first-class national customer service.

Following an exciting and fast-paced period of high-profile client wins, we have expanded our workforce by 30 %. We’ve also made a series of investments in our workspaces and our fleet of vans.

Our aim is to be ‘local, everywhere’. Hence, we continue to grow our team of engineers in order that we can provide the most localized, comprehensive and reliable year-round coverage.

Our MD Bob Hall believes our offer is unique: “We always put our customer first. We are well aware that in order to maintain the bond of trust we’ve built with our clients, we must continue to set the bar high. Our investment programme is ongoing - and we truly believe no other lighting solutions or electrical maintenance provider offers more.”

In fact, we cover the whole of the UK with special focus on areas of high customer densities such as London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Bristol. Our engineers are available at very short notice – often in well under 4 hours – and are trained to deal with any commercial lighting and electrical maintenance issue.

It’s no wonder we are trusted to look after over 12,000 customer sitesby many of Britain’s biggest retail brands. We respond to thousands of call-outs every year, with an industry-leading fix-rate. What’s more, we pride ourselves on the fact our customers enjoy minimal disruption to their trading and operations.

To talk to us about any aspect of your lighting, electrical or energy efficiency challenges – give us a call and experience our customer-first approach for yourself.
