Recently established and based in Blackburn, director and chartered building surveyor Will Rogers brings over 15 years of building surveying experience in managing a wide range of appointments, from residential surveying and extension projects, to the management role of national commercial capital improvement programmes, including refurbishment, new build and strip out / demolition schemes.  

Focussing on teamwork, collaboration and achieving the goals of everyone included, Will’s methodological, realistic and professional approach to all his undertakings has led to a multitude of completed projects and most importantly many satisfied clients.

His passion for surveying, coupled with his vast technical experience and academic qualifications, ensures that CRE8 provides quality technical expertise; this being the foundation that enables success to be delivered in all services the company provides.  Most importantly, Will comments ‘we want to embrace the future and strength of our industry, with a smile on our face’.
