Prestigious Chorley based architecture studio, BCAE Architects, has announced an expansion to it’s services with the appointment of an in-house Interior Designer.

It is a move aimed to enhance the customer experience and bring a fresh and innovative approach to integrated design solutions.

Jessica Lauren joins the team as an Interior Designer and has a wealth of experience across different projects.

Her in-house presence will aid the business in merging architectural excellence with sophisticated interior design, providing clients with a seamless and elevated experience from concept to completion.

Now in it’s second year, BCAE are a high end, full service architects practice working across projects that include new homes, sensitive sites, refurbishments and extensions, interiors design and larger commercial developments  – across the North West and beyond.

The studio had been previously offering a lite interior service  as part of their architectural design with great success and after several clients requested a full interiors package, it became apparent an in-house Interior Designer would be in demand.

Jessica’s involvement from the start will bring huge benefits for clients as she will advise on not only the interiors and furnishings, but also on the use of space and lighting, working closely with the architectural team through the use of mood boards, concept samples and 3D modelling.

Jessica has a lifelong interest in interior design and a passion for creating functional yet aesthetically stunning spaces, working on projects including luxury homes and exclusive housing schemes. She is set to enhance BCAE’s portfolio with a new level of creativity and attention to detail in every project, utilising her expertise in spatial planning, material selection, and tailored interiors to complement the firm's established architectural mastery.

BCAE Architects, owned by Ben Craven and Arron El-ammar, is renowned for bringing a fresh modern outlook, based on a solid foundation of creativity and expertise, to help customer’s dream homes come to life.

Director Ben Craven said: “By offering our client’s an interior design service from the offset, throughout the planning process we can ensure that every single detail fits,  creating  efficiencies and cost savings for– it’s all about the fine details both internally and externally and creating a build that perfectly fits with their tastes and lifestyle”.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jess to our team and it’s a significant move for BCAE. Her design philosophy aligns perfectly with our vision for creating harmonious, sustainable, and user-focused spaces and her input will undoubtedly strengthen our ability to deliver truly exceptional results.”

BCAE currently have multiple live interiors projects, ranging from home refurbishment to a four-house superhome scheme.

Jess Lauren said: “I’m extremely excited to be joining BCAE, with such a dynamic and forward-thinking team, offering tailored interior design services, ensuring every space is as thoughtfully crafted on the inside as it is on the outside.
