I2i launches service for small businesses

A Preston-based performance psychology firm which has advised the likes of 02, British Airways, Royal Mail, Rolls-Royce, Darren Clarke and David Moyes has launched an inspirational programme for small to medium-sized businesses in the North West.

I2i’s ‘Project Me’ will help people to identify areas of growth within their respective businesses and implement the psychological strategies and theoretical models to ensure targets are achieved.

The inaugural Project Me is taking place at Bolton’s Reebok Stadium on 7-8 March 2014, concluding 10 May 2014. Delivered by Michael Finnigan, the session will explore how people can instill the power of positive thinking into the work place to deliver world-class results.

“We use a large number of theoretical models and concepts which have worked successfully in large corporate organisations and elite sports, so we are delighted to be able to offer a service for smaller organisations that isn’t cost prohibitive,” said Michael.

“By signing up to Project Me, people can access the same help and support which has been delivered to some of the world’s largest organisations. It will help them to do better business by boosting their self-esteem, which will in-turn deliver exceptional corporate performance by improving productivity, team working, customer service, sales and profits.”

i2i client Travel Counsellors is sponsoring the event. David Speakman, chairman and founder of the Bolton-based firm, which has more than 1,300 home-based travel agents across seven countries, said: “Travel Counsellors are proud to be the main sponsors of ‘Project Me’ as we share the same values and aspirations for people to realise their full potential.

“I first met Michael when we were both involved in Bolton Wanderers and we have now worked with him for over 10 years.”

“Our business is based on enabling people to be the best they can be and i2i work with our team to instill belief, positivity and enthusiasm for our brand and company. I would recommend any company or individual wishing to improve their business to consider attending this event.”

I2i has also helped Royal Mail deliver new business sales of £5m per week, Premier Inn achieve a six per cent increase in sales and worked with Wigan Athletic ahead of the historic FA Cup victory over Manchester City in May 2013.

Places for the inaugural Project Me seminar are priced at £699 and can be booked online. Matched funding is also available for those undertaking the Growth Accelerator programme. To find out more, visit www.buildprojectme.com/.
