HR specialist joins team at Napthens

Napthens solicitors has welcomed Allison Coleman to the firm’s Employment and HR team. Allison joins the department’s HR3 People team as an HR Advisor.

She will provide advice and guidance on employee-related issues, policies and procedures, chairing meetings and conducting investigations on clients’ behalf, as well as drafting related documentation.

Allison, who joins the firm from a telecommunications distributor, will work alongside colleague and HR Consultant, Nicola Mason, offering a dedicated HR strategic and onsite service for businesses.

Chris Boyle, head of the Employment and HR team at Napthens, said: “We launched our HR3 People service last year and it continues to evolve to meet the requirements of clients.
