HGS creates 300 jobs in Preston
HGS Europe, the business process management company owned by Hinduja Global Solutions, is to expand its Preston operation with the creation of 300 jobs.The company has launched a large-scale recruitment campaign to attract local candidates looking for roles in the customer service industry.

HGS has seen strong organic growth, supported by new business wins and technological enhancements, which capitalise on self-help solutions, business analytics and robotic automation processes, allowing it to deliver enhanced services at a lower cost to clients.The Preston centre is a three-time winner of Best Large Contact Centre at the Contact Center World Awards. It currently employs over 400 full time employees, delivering industry leading customer service and loyalty programmes for TalkTalk telecom.
