Wayne Hemingway, the Morecambe-born designer whose property company has built thousands of affordable and sustainable homes around the UK, will share his insight and experiences at a new property conference hosted by Lancashire Business View magazine.

Taking place on the morning of Tuesday, October 20, the entire event will take place online and will feature guest speakers and expert panelists who will debate the future of property development and management in the red rose county.

Discussions will cover the future of our high streets, city living, sustainable housing, offices and more. Taking part in the event will be decision-makers from the private and public sector, developers, landlords, businesses and other related industries.

Wayne Hemingway will speak on his experiences of founding HemingwayDesign in 1999, which has since gone on to win multiple awards for its design, positive impact on local regeneration and its market-leading sustainable initiatives.

He will share his thoughts on the future of Lancashire’s property markets and explore how the county can capitalise on emerging trends.

The event is to be hosted by Lancashire Business View magazine in support of its popular Property Report which regularly gets under the skin of new developments around the county. The event is being supported by sponsors Harrison Drury and Blackpool Council.

“He has decades of experience under his belt and has won various industry awards for the quality of his innovative work, so his insight will be vital viewing for any property professional working in the county.”
