Blackburn Beer and Gin Festival has announced the four headline sponsors supporting this year’s event, which returns over the May Bank Holiday weekend from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd May 2026.

Farleys Solicitors, CoolKit, CubeFunder and Mortimers Estate Agents have come on board as headline sponsors for the much-anticipated festival, helping ensure the event continues to grow as one of the most popular social gatherings in the local calendar.

Now entering its 11th year, the festival takes place at Blackburn Rugby Club and has firmly established itself as a staple event over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

Each year, hundreds of visitors gather across the three-day celebration to enjoy a lively mix of drinks, entertainment and great food, all while supporting the work of Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zone.

Festivalgoers can expect more than 60 real ales from local and national breweries, a curated selection of craft gins, street food from local vendors and a packed programme of live music and entertainment throughout the weekend.

The event also provides opportunities for local businesses to connect, with a dedicated sponsors and networking event bringing together companies from across Lancashire.

The continued support of headline sponsors plays a vital role in the success of the festival, helping organisers deliver a high-quality event that attracts visitors from across the region year after year.

Tamara Hitchen, fundraising and stewardship manager at Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zone, said: “The Blackburn Beer & Gin Festival has become a real highlight of the May Bank Holiday weekend and something the local community and businesses look forward to every year.

"We’re incredibly grateful to Farleys Solicitors, CoolKit, CubeFunder and Mortimers Estate Agents for coming on board as headline sponsors for 2026.

"Their support helps us continue to deliver a fantastic event that brings people together while also supporting the young people of Blackburn and Darwen.”

With thousands of drinks served, live entertainment across the weekend and a vibrant festival atmosphere, the Blackburn Beer and Gin Festival continues to go from strength to strength.

Tickets for the 2026 festival are now available and organisers are encouraging people to secure their place early for what promises to be another memorable May Bank Holiday weekend in Blackburn.
