Head of sales and marketing appointed for Create Homes

Create Homes, part of Create Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Hardy as head of sales and marketing.

Create Homes specialises in quality residential developments in the North West of England, which includes St Petersfield’s in Inskip, The Paddocks in Longton and St William’s Gate in Pilling, further developments are due to start in the new year.

Julie brings a wealth of knowledge in Sales and Marketing within the new homes industry, having worked within sales manager and sales director roles for regional housebuilders for many years.

Julie will be responsible for the sales and marketing strategy, together with leading, building, mentoring and developing a customer focused, proactive sales team in order to deliver exceptional sales results.

Andrew Wright, managing director at Create Homes said: “We are really pleased to welcome Julie into the Create Homes family. Her appointment is an extremely important one to us at this exciting time of growth. I am sure that her experience and expertise will help to take our growing residential business to the next level.”
