Haydock Finance bought by international group

Blackburn-based Haydock was established in 1980 and is one of the largest independent finance companies in the UK, offering hire purchase and finance lease funding to business customers nationwide.

Apollo is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and has a total of $242bn assents under management. The group has offices around the world, including across the US, India, China, London and Madrid.

Already a long established name in asset finance, Haydock has exciting plans to grow market share in the UK and to diversify our competitive offering.”The agreement is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2018.
