Harrison Drury expands residential conveyancing team in Garstang

Lancashire law firm Harrison Drury has grown its residential conveyancing team in Garstang with the appointment of Claire Smith as licensed conveyancer.

Claire brings significant experience from previous roles at several law firms and lending institutions across the North West and London. 

In her new role at Harrison Drury, Claire will support clients across Lancashire with a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, transfers of equity, auction properties, new builds, and right-to-buy schemes. 

The firm’s residential conveyancing team has grown steadily in recent years and now numbers 22 solicitors, licensed conveyancers and support staff across the region.
