Harrison Drury adds experience to commercial property team

Preston-based Harrison Drury has appointed experienced property solicitor Lois Parker to its commercial property team.

Lois (pictured left) brings a wealth of experience to the firm having spent over four years working for London-based property law specialists Glovers Solicitors where she worked her way up to associate solicitor after first joining as a paralegal.

Based at Harrison Drury’s office in Lancaster, Lois will support clients across the region with a wide range of commercial property services.

This includes dealing with all areas of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and property finance matters. Lois also has specific experience in secured lending for development sites, including bridging, development and development exit loans.

Lois’s appointment means Harrison Drury has a team of five commercial property lawyers in Lancaster and 27 across the region.
