Happy Creative, the Blackpool-based marketing agency, has been appointed by Aiming Higher, a charity dedicated to supporting disabled children and their families, to refresh the charity's brand identity. This partnership will not only result in a refreshed visual identity but also includes a unique ‘Happy Gift’ from the agency, including a brand audit and additional creative support.

Aiming Higher, based in Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre, is known for its work offering creative support to improve the lives of children with disabilities and their families. The charity prides itself on its flexibility, offering families immediate, tailored help that ensures they feel supported when they need it most.

The organisation is committed to providing families with timely and flexible support, responding quickly to their unique needs. Their approach focuses on delivering tailored solutions that offer immediate help, ensuring families feel supported when they need it most. "The impact we make is often immediate, and we love that we can work so creatively with families," said Faye Atherton, Sustainability Co-ordinator at Aiming Higher.

Happy Creative has been selected not only for its design expertise but also for its alignment with Aiming Higher’s mission and values. The branding refresh will provide a more cohesive and accessible identity across all touchpoints, from stationery and marketing collateral to digital assets. The purpose is to ensure it speaks clearly to families, corporate partners and funding providers, as well as ensuring that it is accessible and relatable to the neurodiverse users. Happy’s branding specialists will make every design decision with purpose, ensuring that Aiming Higher’s updated branding truly reflects its values and the work they do.

In addition to the refreshed logo and brand identity, Happy Creative will be working closely with Aiming Higher to develop clear brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across materials, and supporting the charity in appealing to corporate partners and funders.

Karen Lambert, Chief Happy, said “We are delighted to have been chosen to partner with Aiming Higher. Their reputation in the community speaks volumes, and it’s clear they are highly regarded for the meaningful work they do. We look forward to supporting their journey and helping to strengthen their presence to reflect the valuable impact they have on families in our community.”

As part of their partnership, Happy Creative will gift additional time and expertise to ensure the charity’s message is delivered in the most impactful way possible to its varied audiences. This commitment reflects Happy’s ongoing support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their wider purpose of giving back to the community through meaningful, purpose-led partnerships. The refreshed branding will be rolled out ahead of Aiming Higher’s annual fundraising ball in June, an important event in their calendar that brings together supporters, families, and funders.
