Happy anniversary to our trainee recruitment consultant Emily

The Eventus Recruitment Group began their graduate programme in 2019 and despite it being cut short due to the pandemic, it has been incredibly successful. Thorough training is offered and constant development throughout is given to ensure that each consultant is trained to the standard that our clients have come to expect from our group.

Emily Davidson joined our scheme last year and said the following: “I have now been a trainee Recruitment Consultant at the Eventus Recruitment Group for 12 months and it is safe to say I have loved every minute of it. Having not previously worked in a recruitment or sales role it was slightly daunting to be starting something completely new.

"However, from day one the training I received was so in depth, detailed and relevant I soon felt confident in my ability. You quickly start to work on live recruitment roles and continue your training as you work. I have been supported throughout this year to develop my approach and I am confident this is something that will continue as I progress in my career with Eventus.

"The nature of the job means that no two days are the same, I have especially enjoyed visiting clients to build strong working relationships. Having such a great team of colleagues means that there is always someone on hand to get a second opinion or ask for advice.

“I really couldn’t have wished for anything more out of a traineeship and I am excited to see what the next 12 months will bring.“
