East Lancashire based renewable energy provider Green Shield Group (GSG) has announced a strong end to Q4 with several significant project wins, a strong pipeline of installations scheduled for Q1 2025, and the continued expansion of its innovative franchise model.

This has also been supported by the opening of new commercial offices in Wales and Scotland, establishing a strong presence that now supports a nationwide team of technical installation engineers.

This growth underscores the commitment to meeting the increasing demand for renewable energy solutions across the UK and beyond.

Green Shield Group’s client portfolio spans various sectors, including retail, hospitality, food manufacturing, aerospace, and defence. Recent additions to their client list include M6 Toll, New Century Foods, Weetabix, BT, Hilton, Dakota Hotels, Burnley College, Starbucks, Boeing, Addison Precision, and BMW.

The company also welcomed David Summerfield as the new commercial director, who brings deep expertise in battery supply and generation, having already established strategic supply relationships with Landmarc and Reds10, key partners of the British MOD.

Phil Walker has strengthened the design and marketing team, elevating the quality and precision of their technical designs and proposals to industry-leading standards.

Jonathan Harrison, managing director of Green Shield Group, said: “As we enter our fourth year, our growth trajectory is undeniable.

"We’re proud to be recognised as one of the fastest-growing renewable energy companies in the UK, evidenced by two acquisition inquiries from multinational corporations in 2024.

"Our franchised model, the first of its kind in renewable energy, has also gained momentum, with six new franchisees joining our network.”

GSG has achieved several certifications in 2024, including ISO9001 and CHAS Elite, further reinforcing its commitment to quality and safety.

The company is also setting new standards in client engagement through collaborative video content and thought leadership initiatives. These efforts aim to provide clarity, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility in the competitive renewable energy market.
