Are you a Lancashire business? Have the last few months disconnected you or your teams?

If the answer is yes, then keep reading…if not keep reading as it will happen…

Six Connections is pleased to offer three fully funded sessions for you to bring your world back together.

Resilience & Connection - Powered By Mates.

About This Event

In three 2-hour sessions, the Six Connections team guides you through resilient conversation, providing hints and tips to help you to create positive connection for yourself and your team.

Compassion - for ourselves and others.

Community - to play your part and build team.

Connection - to change your world, 1 conversation at a time.

It is a fact of human existence that communicating with others while respecting differing views is a necessary life skill. We were designed to mingle and make people feel good and safe.

Our capacity to manage emotions, resolve conflict, and create meaningful connections with others must be learned. Few have been trained to focus on emotional management skills. A lack of these coping abilities leads to damaged relationships, health and wellbeing setbacks and toxic workspaces.

Real conversation will help you to support yourself and others. Celebrating the ups and emerging from the downs stronger and with more wisdom and knowledge.

Looking at language, the skills to engage and encourage positive conversation and a resilient approach to our response, we help you to create sustainable and culturally strong environments of care.

About Us

Six Connections has impacted 300+ Lancashire businesses, since our launch in 2020. With unique spaces of shared support, we create time to breathe and benefit from a positive community, looking out for each other.

Starting with a single conversation, we provide the care, support and positive culture that follow. Our approach is creative, helping personal and collective growth, with tools and empowerment to act. Spaces of shared experience, education and solution.

Removing stumbling blocks, ditching the tick box and reducing the stigma, we shape invested, productive and healthy staff. Staff who understand their own space and use it to build with you.

Support is delivered by Six Connections in partnership with Boost; Lancashire’s Business Growth Hub. It is funded by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy
