Former apprentice Jordan Petts promoted to group sales manager at Design & Form

Jordan Petts has been appointed group sales manager by Lancaster-based bath manufacturer Design & Form.

He previously worked as the company's marketing support manager, providing customer support for both Design & Form and its luxury retail brand, Cabuchon Bathforms.

Tony Pontin, managing director, said: "This promotion recognises Jordan's outstanding contribution over recent years. During his time with us, Design & Form has developed new domestic and international markets, and we've enlarged both our premises and our workforce. His new title recognises his role in this continuing expansion.

"Jordan joined as a customer service apprentice in July 2012 and, since then, his attitude towards customer care has always been exemplary. He has become a key contact for both domestic and business customers, and it seemed only right to acknowledge this with a promotion."

Design & Form manufactures bespoke, hand-crafted baths. Established in 1983, it makes all its products in Lancashire and exports throughout the world. It serves architects, interior designers and hoteliers, and also operates as OEM for a number of well known consumer brands and specialist equipment suppliers.
