Forbes launches transport and logistics division

Forbes Solicitors has recruited lawyer Jennifer Bell, who has been installed as the head of the company's new transport and logistics team.

Jennifer joined Forbes from niche transport firm, Backhouse Jones where she spent eight years advising leading transport and logistics firms on matters relating to commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, commercial property and banking and finance. Pauline Rigby, partner and head of corporate at Forbes said: “Jennifer has a wealth of experience in the transport and logistics sector. Forbes has long been aware of the transport experience we have under one roof. Jennifer’s appointment has amalgamated that experience meaning we now have a really strong proposition to offer the sector. I am incredibly enthusiastic about our future.”
