Jones Harris and sister company The North West Business Support Centre (NWBSC) have been acquired by Xeinadin.
In business for more than half a century, Jones Harris delivers audit, accounting and tax services to local businesses and individuals. The team of 21 will be retained under the continued leadership of managing director Charles Bryning.
NWBSC provides payroll services across the North West of England. The team of five will also join the group, led by managing director Ian Purdon.
Xeinadin, the nationwide professional services group, has now completed 25 acquisitions in the last two years.
