Five join Four

Four Recruitment – the Lancashire based financial and HR specialist recruitment company – has boosted its team with the recruitment of five new employees.

Four has offices in Blackburn, Bolton and Manchester and is continuing its successful graduate trainee programme recruiting three graduate consultants: Dominic graduated from Leeds Metropolitan in July; Alec graduated from the University of Manchester and Jessica who recently graduated from UCLAN.

In addition the company has recruited Ali as candidate resourcer; and finally Laura has moved to the region from Dublin and joins Four as business development manager, assisting the team with new client generation.

The fabulous five will be based across the Four business, including Blackburn and Bolton. Four’s Lancashire director Phil Sofield said: “This is the single biggest recruitment drive we’ve had since we began in 2008. We have plans to grow the business further in the next 12 months looking at opening new offices within the North West and in new regions such as Yorkshire. “It’s been a tough recession, but we’re glad to say that we’ve continued to grow at a steady pace, through it. We’ve had a fantastic 2014 achieving our best results to date. With confidence increasing, and recruitment firmly on our clients agenda’s now is the time for us to grow even further.”
