Farleys strengthens Private Client Team with Preston appointment

Farleys Solicitors has extended its expertise within the private client department by appointing a senior associate, Katy Shakeshaft at their Preston office.

Katy joined Farleys in September 2024, bringing with her a decade of extensive experience in private client services on the Fylde Coast.

At Farleys, she will focus on a comprehensive range of services, specialising in wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.

Her expertise incorporates the management of both taxable and non-taxable estates, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of personalised guidance and support.

Katy’s dedication to her clients and her in-depth knowledge of the complexities of estate planning position her as a valuable asset to Farleys’ private client team, enhancing the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
