Lancashire law firm Farleys Solicitors has welcomed its latest intake of trainee solicitors, while also celebrating the qualification of two trainees who have secured permanent roles with the firm.

Max Ardern, Emma Kelly, Edward Lowther, and Charlotte Moore have joined Farleys’ training programme and will begin their training contracts across the firm’s wide range of practice areas, gaining hands-on experience and support from experienced colleagues as they take the next steps in their legal careers.

Meanwhile, Eve Abdel-Moneim and Armin Pishro have both completed their training contracts with Farleys and have been retained in permanent roles. Eve has qualified into the firm’s specialist abuse claims team, while Armin has joined the insolvency department.

Their qualification reflects Farleys’ continued commitment to developing and retaining talent from within, with the firm’s trainee solicitor programme playing an important role in supporting the next generation of lawyers.

Nick Molyneux, training principal at Farleys Solicitors, said: “We congratulate Eve and Armin on qualifying as solicitors and are proud to see them continue their careers with Farleys in permanent roles. Both have shown real commitment, professionalism, and enthusiasm throughout their training contracts, and their progression is thoroughly deserved.

“We are also very pleased to welcome Max, Emma, Edward, and Charlotte as our newest trainee solicitors. Starting a training contract is an exciting milestone, and we look forward to supporting them as they build their skills, confidence, and experience across the firm.

“Farleys has a proud tradition of nurturing legal talent and creating opportunities for people to grow within the firm. Our training programme is designed to give trainees broad, practical experience in a supportive environment, with close supervision and guidance from colleagues who are invested in their development. Many of our lawyers began their careers here, and we remain committed to helping the legal talent of the future thrive.”

Farleys’ trainee solicitor programme offers trainees the opportunity to gain experience across different departments, working alongside specialist teams and developing the practical skills needed for a successful career in law. The programme forms part of the firm’s wider commitment to professional development, progression, and creating a supportive culture where colleagues can build long-term careers.

The announcement comes during a period of continued growth for Farleys, which recently expanded its presence in Lancashire with the acquisition of Clitheroe-based Houldsworth Solicitors, a long-established firm with roots in the Ribble Valley dating back to 1817.

Farleys Solicitors has offices across the north west and advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of private and commercial legal matters. The firm is part of Lawfront, a fast-growing legal services group which backs leading regional law firms through investment in people, technology, collaboration, and carefully selected acquisitions.
