Experienced assistant solicitor joins QualitySolicitors AcklamBond

Accrington-based QualitySolicitors AcklamBond is expanding its employment law department with the appointment of an experienced assistant solicitor, Pauline Del Monaco.

Pauline will specialise in employment issues for both individuals and businesses.

Prior to joining QualitySolicitors AcklamBond, Pauline worked for seven and a half years at one of the country’s largest employment law consultancies in Manchester, assisting businesses with a variety of employment law issues.

Pauline started her career in 2000, working in a high-street practice after graduating with a law degree from the University of Central Lancashire. Whilst there she found a passion for assisting both employees and businesses with their employment issues.

From then she gained experience at her local Racial Equality Council promoting anti-discrimination in the workplace before being employed by the South Manchester base of trade union solicitors.
