Expansion continues at Ginger Recruitment

Ginger Recruitment has recruited two new staff in order to support the growing workload.

As company accountant, Krystina Aitken will be heading up the finance department by utilising her nearly 10 years experience working within the recruitment industry. Whilst working towards Chartered Accountancy status, Krystina will be responsible for all finance, payroll and invoice queries for both candidates and clients.

Krystina said: “I am looking forward to developing my skills further and to build on my previous experience. I firmly believe in Ginger’s core values and I believe that maintaining an honest relationship with clients is the most efficient way of developing long term working relationships.”

Suzanne Baron has also joined the team, as recruitment resourcer. Suzanne is joining the team after many years experience working within East Lancashire businesses in a variety of roles. Suzanne has managed offices of varying size and will be responsible for keeping in touch with all our candidates in order to ensure maximum efficiency of our service. She said: “Having been responsible for personally recruiting and training staff, I understand the importance of the cultural fit of a new recruit in an organisation. A new member of staff makes such a big difference to a company, it’s imperative that person is the right fit for your business."
